Because each order is processed specifically for the reader/customer, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We work to ensure your product(s) are packaged and shipped with the utmost care, however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
Signed and/or personalized items are non-refundable.
